Affordable Nursing Inc. is a licensed Home Health Care Agency serving the Mid-Michigan, Grand Rapids and Grand Travers areas. We are a family oriented privately owned business headquartered in Grand Rapids Michigan.  We participate in the Michigan Medicaid Waiver Program, Area Agency on Aging, Commission On Aging, and FIA. We are also proud of our strong working relationships with select Hospitals, Long-Term Care Facilities, Hospice, and other Certified Agencies.  Our services can be requested in many settings including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and residential homes.
